BIO: In 1946 I was born in Akrolimni, Giannitson, Greece. I graduated from high school in 1964 and was accepted to the University of Athens for a 4 year bachelor's degree study. After marrying Evthokia Apostolou in 1973, my wife and I moved to the United States. In 1973 I was accepted to Michigan State University's Masters of Business Administration program. After graduating from Michigan State with an MBA, I returned to Greece. I then worked as Manager of Market Research and New Product Development at HELLENIC Sugar Industries of Greece. I then founded an operated a clothing manufacturing and export business before moving to the United States in 1985. In 1988 I opened up my first full service restaurant, "Gus' House of Pizza", in Kershaw, SC. In 1992 I opened my second restaurant, "Gus' Family Restaurant", in Lancaster, SC. For over 20 years I have been doing research on the concept of "Health through Nutrition, Weight Loss and Light Exercise and the Wellness Program that Came out of it". After many years of research, in 2009 I launched my website and communication campaign on this concept. I have also written a book of my own personal story of health through nutrition. In my spare time, I love to spend time with my family and travel back to my home country.
